Mission / Vision

• Our goal is to grow students into a faith of their own and equip them to walk into schools, sports, and other areas of life ready to share the Gospel and be a light to those around them.

• Our focus within lesson plans, hangouts, and special events is to present a Biblical foundation to life that students can learn, apply, and grow through in their lives.

Ministry Plan

• The Student Ministry takes time each Wednesday night, Sunday morning, and other designated times to build fellowship, worship, accountability, and an understanding of God within the students that attend.

• The Student Ministry works to invest in students both within the church and within the schools (sports, clubs, etc.) There are also resources for parents and students to reach out for with situations they may be facing in life. 

• One goal of the Student Ministry is to help students plug into the church in bigger ways (serving on design teams, tech teams, helping lead worship, etc.) in order for them to see the bigger picture of the church. There are also events and work that is done within the Monroe Community to spread the Gospel and get kids comfortable with sharing their faith and making and impact in their broader community.
